Mediodía la luna is a Spanish translation of Midi la lune, the book of poems by the painter and poet Aurélie Nemours. Indebted to 1950s surrealism, this magical book contrasts sharply with the rigour of the artist’s paintings based on geometric abstraction.
This second edition comes with a fold-out jacket featuring a selection of additional images resulting from parallel research carried out during a period of translation at Casa Velázquez in Madrid during the 2022-2023 academic year.
